The importance of grounding.

Getting out  to nature, going for a walk, going to the river, taking time to go to the park, walking your dog. All of these activities have one thing in common and that is that they ground you. What does grounding mean? Well grounding or to be grounded you feel reenergized, you feel strong, you don't feel overwhelmed by your daily life. There's a strong sense of peace and contentment when one is grounded.
